SyteLine and Epicor Kinetic pricing, fixed before work starts
Every piece of work gets a written quote first. These are typical prices so you can plan and compare. Your quote depends on the ticket, and you approve it before I begin.
SyteLine sites and direct clients
$45 per hour
Used to size fixed quotes, and the base rate for hour blocks and support plans. No account managers, no big-firm overhead.
Epicor and Infor partners
$35 per hour
Subcontract and white-label tickets, worked in your tooling and handed back under your name, with room for your margin.
Infor SyteLine
Fixed per ticket or per piece of work. Larger lists are quoted ticket by ticket so you can approve or drop each one.

Prepaid hour blocks and support plans
Buy a block once, or take the same block every month as a support plan with response times: urgent issues within 4 business hours, everything else within 1 business day.

Fixed per ticket at the partner rate. The first ticket of each type is a fixed fee, so any extra time is mine.
